- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property and outside within 10ft
- Only a maximum of 4 cars are allowed to park on the driveway and the street right in front of the property. Please do not block neighbors mailboxes or their driveway.
- Adult supervision is required for all minors when using the pool and outdoor kid's play set
- No diving or jumping off the rocks as the pool is shallow (4ft to 5.5ft deep). 
- No climbing, walking or jumping off the waterfalls as the rocks may come loose. If this happens we have the right to charge the guests for the full price of repairs.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings 
- No disturbing neighbors
- No loud noise or music past 10pm
- Please keep the balcony locked at all times if you have small children and do not allow them to be there unsupervised.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply for additional guests not included in your reservation

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the house facing the front door entrance. Camera 2 is located on a tree in the front yard facing the entrance to the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the rear corner of the home facing the backyard. Camera 4 is located on the side of the property. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
